Rotary Piston Pumps
Baumbach Machine has been repairing Beach Russ vacuum pumps for over 40 years. Even though Beach Russ is no longer in business and parts are unavailable, we fabricate necessary components at our facility. We remanufacture dozens of these pumps per year and, to our knowledge, few shops currently offer these services.
Vacuum Pumps/Blowers
Baumbach Machine repairs many different makes and models of liquid ring technology vacuum pumps and vacuum assist rotary lobe blowers. We regularly repair Sihi, Travaini and Graham liquid ring vacuum pumps both single and double stage as well as Roots and Tuthill rotary lobe blowers. We also repair a wide variety of centrifugal pumps.
Fabrication
Many of our projects include old or obsolete pumps in which parts are hard or impossible to source. If we can't find them, there are times we will fabricate them at our facility. Damaged or worn repair parts especially for the Beach Russ RP vacuum pumps are routinely fabricated at our shop.
ABOUT
Since 1968, Baumbach Machine, Inc. has been supplying machine work and pump repair services for the Houston, Beaumont/ Port Arthur, Baytown, La Porte, Pasadena and Deer Park regions of Texas to industrial and petrochemical customers such as ExxonMobil, Goodyear, Arkema, Shell, KMTEX and others.
Although we have completed thousands of milling and turning projects in the past 50 years, our engine lathes, mills, drill presses and surface grinders are primarily dedicated to industrial pump repair and remanufacture. We do, however, accept custom machine work and fabrication.
